Peter has over 30+ Years of multi-disciplinary experience across Systems, Storage, Networking/Telecom and Security, working with corporations in India and the United States, drawing experience from companies like Tata Elxsi, Calsoftlabs and Juniper Networks from India and USWest communications, BellCore/Telcordia, HP and IBM from the US as a hands-on technologist.
Later Peter founded couple of deep-tech startups before founding Neridio Systems Ltd in the United Kingdom in 2022. Peter was involved in inventions, innovations, marketing, product management, GTM execution and early sales as the founding entrepreneur of Neridio as one-in-all/all-in-one founder. As the missionary founder of Neridio, Peter learned the market, conceived the idea, created the architecture, wrote the first version of the code of the product himself, invested his own cash to the company, acquired the initial customers and took the product to the production and everything in-between as its bootstrap founder.
Peter has introduced market pioneering innovations to the world of storage resilience and data protection with his invention on RAID-across-Clouds and followed it up with another market-pioneering concept of disaggregated security plane for storage systems. He carries a unique perspective and vision for the market that led him to array of more innovations on Cyber Data Resilience leveraging AIOps that has taken Neridio to what it is today.
Peter has 7 approved US patents and many other patents pending backing his inventions in Security and Safety of Storage and Data-centric Systems. Peter has a bachelor's in physics and Masters in CS and also carry a CISSP certification.
Chris has over four decades of experience across multiple IT domain areas, including his early career as an analyst/programmer. He later specialized in Sales & Marketing operations, focusing on various Enterprise IT applications and software solutions.
He has extensive experience in sales account management and leading Sales and Marketing teams across startups, small businesses, and large enterprises, working in both direct and indirect sales models. His career includes serving as a Board Director, collaborating with VC partners, taking on interim roles, and managing direct and indirect sales channels across European, African, and Middle Eastern markets in multiple industry sectors.
Chris is highly adept as a Technical Marketing leader, with a clear and strategic approach to product-market fit. He has helped deep-tech startups navigate their early journey to market by understanding complex products, identifying the right use cases, and crafting effective messaging tailored to the appropriate industry verticals.
He has a strong track record of creating exceptional customer and partner experiences, supporting organizations in international customer acquisition, partner development, and delivering effective support services.
Chris most enjoys engaging with customers and partners, while empowering senior leadership at Neridio to bring out the best in their teams—for the benefit of the organization, and most importantly, its customers and partners.
Dr. Chris is an independent technology and business growth advisor with experience supporting start-ups and SMEs from the UK to grow their businesses internationally, as well as helping overseas businesses set up and expand in the UK.
Prior to this role, Chris worked as a Technology Specialist at the Department for Business & Trade (DBT, UK Government) for more than ten years, where he collaborated with both overseas and UK companies. He has worked with organizations from Latin America, the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia (including India, Japan, South Korea, and Australia).
His expertise includes AI, data analytics, cloud computing, IoT, data centres, quantum technologies, and cyber security. Chris brings more than 20 years of experience in the tech industry, having worked in open innovation, marketing, product development, and R&D. He has also been involved in Corporate Venture Capital, assessing investment opportunities across Europe.
Chris enjoys working closely with founders, contributing to strategic discussions to help shift paradigms, remove roadblocks, and drive business growth. He provides mentorship and guidance at the board level.
He has a strong scientific and technical background, is credited with 24 patents, and holds a PhD in Chemistry.
